Once custom orders are finalized and submitted, they are non-refundable.

-DO NOT MIRROR YOUR IMAGES. Please submit to us the way you want them to read on the garment.

Turnaround Time: Standard production time for DTF prints is 1-3 days. Shipping times are additional and may vary depending on your location.

Please note: It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the file you upload is of high resolution and suitable for printing. We only print the exact file submitted and do not alter or enhance files in any way.

Background Transparency: For designs requiring transparent backgrounds, please submit your files with transparency intact. We will not be responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or solid backgrounds.

Resolution & Quality: Designs should meet a certain resolution (usually 300 DPI or higher) for optimal print quality

Responsibility for Content: Customers are held responsible for any content they upload, including ensuring that it does not violate copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Color Accuracy: Colors may slightly vary due to differences between screen display and actual print. Designers design in RGB form and DTF is printed in CMYK form.

No Refunds for Custom Orders: Since all orders are custom prints, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. Please review your designs carefully before submitting.

Heat Press Requirements & Durability Policy

For optimal results and durability, DTF transfers must be applied using a commercial-grade heat press. Household irons are not suitable. EAM Creations is not responsible for issues caused by improper application methods or equipment used by customer.
